Goals:
- Encourage family conversation and exploration of the museums’ outdoor dinosaur trail.
- Gamify the museum experience with an incentive driving scavenger hunt game inspired by the popular geolocation games like Pokemon Go.
- Compliment the real-time experience of the museum by providing extended learning content for the increasing screen time inside museums
JDMC most famous attraction is the Dino Trial. Located throughout the property are larger-than-life sculptures of dinosaurs and other extinct animals from the past. In addition, visitors search for these unique interpretive panels that contain fun facts and QR Codes to unlock more dinosaurs and learning adventures in the game.
With small mini games where users can dig for fossils and uncover them in a race against the clock.
