Notes for CNC cutting 1.5 inch thick High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
Speed and feed 15000 rpm at 190 in/min
Use a drill bit for holes in materials this thick. Mill bit suck for drilling holes.
More flutes is not better! Used a 3/8 diameter 1 flute or “O” flute. Great for plastic!
